
Alex is the Head Coach and a Founder of CrossFit Chariot. He first gained his CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) in 2011, he has since completed his CrossFit Level 2 (CF-L2). Alex was a fireman for the Rome Fire Department for 8 years. He ran Cross-Country and Track at Armuchee High School and played rugby at Kennesaw State University.
In 2018, he took home a Silver Medal for in Crossfit at the Georgia Police and Fire Games. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Anna and his two children, Samson and Sadie.

Anna has been coaching CrossFit for 6 years. She has her CF-L1 certification. Her areas of expertise include metabolic conditioning, and accoutability/diet adherence.
Anna is a full time mom to Sadie and Samson.

Chad is a strength and conditioning teacher and coach at Pepperell Middle School. Chad has extensive coaching experience, having worked with Football, Basketball, Baseball, Track and Cross-Country teams throughout his teaching and coaching career. He also worked as an Exercise Physiologist and group fitness instructor at Harbin Clinic. Chad has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Shorter College and a M.Ed in Physical Education from Jacksonville State University.

Leigh is a Sergeant with the Rome Fire Department and holds a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Business from the University of Georgia. She enjoys helping her husband, Joe with their family cattle and poultry farm. Leigh has two daughters, Maya and Hanna and one son Luke.

Steve has a M.Ed in Health and Physical Education from Jacksonville State University. He has been a Physical Education Teacher with Floyd County Schools since 1994 during which he has coached Volleyball, Cross-Country and Wrestling.
